100 days celebration!

On Monday, Teddy's class celebrated their 100th day in school. They had lots of class activities that revolved around the number 100. Here are a few pictures from the day.

Lego Movie

Teddy and Michael are at the Lego Movie right now. Can't wait to hear about all the fun they had!

Smartie Pants

Teddy's class is studying words and he thought the class was too easy so he asked the teacher for some harder words. She asked him to sound out how to spell the word construction. I think he did a pretty good job!

Nanny and Papa in Seoul!

A few more pictures of Nanny and Papa's visit to Seoul this winter. We were so thankful to have them here at the end of Shana's maternity leave. Not only did they help us cook and clean, but they got Teddy ready and delivered him to school, baby sat, and helped ease Shana back into work. Thank goodness for grandparents!

Baptism

Ripley was baptised on Sunday, January 26th at our apartment, surrounded by friends and family. It was a beautiful service lead by our good friend, Brian Beatty. We even had Ripley's Godparents, Bob and Carlee Kowalec, in attendance.

Ripley was baptized using water from Noyes Pond in Tolland, MA!

Lynn and Pete were in attendance via Skype!

Adventures in daycare!

Ripley starts full time daycare tomorrow. He has gone a few half days to get adjusted over the past two weeks. Everyday we write in a little notebook about his eating and sleeping, and the daycare writes back little notes about what Ripley did that day. Here is this past Tuesday's note about his poop. Too funny!

Nanny and Papa Visit Seoul

Nanny Granny Nancy Grannan and Papa visited Seoul in January to visit Ripley for the first time and to see our new life in Korea.  I have been slow to add pictures and I realised that most of my photos are on my computer...which is currently in Korea while I'm in the United States. I will update more in August.
