Moving day!

I'm just glad that we don't have to pack!

Adorable Teddy Art Work

We are packing and thought that a few of Teddy's bigger pieces of art might not survive the move. We love them so we thought the blog was the best way to preserve them. Enjoy!

Mommy is flying to Seoul!

I'm off to our new home for a few days to do some work with our new school and to check out our new hometown. More when I return!

T-Ball!

Teddy loves playing t-ball with his team, the Tigers! He is a very good hitter and catcher. Here are a few pictures from an indoor practice. It's been very rainy in Taiwan lately so the kids have had indoor practices/game or cancelations a lot. I will make sure to send some outdoor pictures soon.

Teddy is on the far end.

More catching!

Mother's Day at TAS

All three KA classrooms hosted an amazing Mother's Day party. It started with a concert by the kids who sang nine amazing songs. How did they remember them all? I was so impressed.

The program for the Mother's Day party.
Many of the songs had hand motions which I just loved!

After the concert, each child gave their Mom a beautiful rose.  I also got the best hug ever from my little man.

The kids had also prepared gifts, which included a book all about me (including a page where Teddy says that I'm 21 years old!), an I Love You sign for my office, a handmade card that looks like a purse, and a decorated cake.

Not only was it beautifully decorated, but it was delicious too!
This was one of the best Mother's Days I have ever had.  Thank you, Teddy Bear!

Sorting food

Today Teddy asked me to take a picture of him sorting his plastic play food into groups. We have the vegetables, proteins, fruits, stuff with sugar, and canned goods. Good job, buddy!

Tunxis by Teddy

Teddy painted this amazing picture of Tunxis.

The blue is the little stream by the beach. The light brown is the little beach. The dark brown is the clubhouse. The black is Sebastian. The green square is the grass by the beach. Teddy is standing on the grass with his blond hair. The little orange specks are salamanders. The green, brown, and red part are the trees.

Not a bad memory for someone who hasn't been to the lake in almost 10 months!

How we see each other!

On the left is a picture that Teddy painted of Daddy and Mommy. On the right is a picture Michael painted of Teddy (with a little help on the body from Teddy).

Can I have a ball PLEEEEAAAASSSSEEE!

We went to a Brother Elephants game in Taipei this past weekend and Teddy was so desperate to have the outfielder throw him a ball but it never happened.  Can you spot our little man in his Jeter #2 shirt with his mitt?
