Camping

This weekend we went camping with the Cub Scouts and the British Scouts. It was a fun weekend filled with obstacle courses, cleaning up the camp site, and s'mores over several campfires! Not much sleeping happened but we had fun!

I went on a boat cruise around Dubai harbor. Just wanted to remember this fun moment with friends.

Religion with the Boy Scouts

Teddy's Boy Scout trip recently visited a Christian Church and a Sikh Temple in Dubai to learn about different religions. This was one of the best outings the boys have gone on because they got to learn about how similar we all are despite the differences in religion. We are both so thankful for this awesome experience!

Teddy's class visited the turtle sanctuary in Dubai on a recent field trip. Teddy thought it was the coolest trip he has ever been on with his class!

ISCA Conference

Shana was honored to be invited to the International School Counselor Association conference in Lisbon, Portugal this year. It was a busy weekend filled with all things international counseling, but she did get out and about in the city with a few other counselors.

Phil from a GEMS school in Abu Dhabi and Tom, a middle school counselor from DAA, saw the city at night by tuk tuk.  What a ride!
